We engaged Ventas at the recommendation of our sfdc representative. Our goal was to migrate from an existing CRM/Support platform to salesforce. We had been using our existing system for 8 years, so we had our work cut off for us. Our budget was limited but Richard and his team created a SOW that made sense for both parties.
Our consultant, Joseph came on-site and immersed himself into our business needs rather quickly. He and his team through a mix of custom work and nifty configuration skills, created a site that will more than meet our organization’s needs. As the platform is designed to support multiple departments, it was critical for us to ensure all needs were met. Joseph and his team did a great job and was there with our team every step of the way.
Our company got acquired last year and as part of the acquisition we needed to get a new instance of Salesforce stood-up and integrated into our other marketing tools.

We had about 3 months to get a new instance of Salesforce configured and working. This meant creating all new data flows, reporting dashboards, custom objects…then plugging it into Marketo (our marketing automation system), Recurly (our subscription billing management system) and our product itself (we sell a SaaS application and wanted to pull data from it into Salesforce). The product integration itself should have taken 3 months, but somehow they pulled it off.
I can’t say enough about Kim Escobar on the Ventas team. She was as patient as it gets while we figured out what we “really” wanted. She understood our requirements and gently guided us to what would work best given our timeframe and overall environment. Again, Kim is awesome!
Because of that experience Ventas is now our outsourced Salesforce admin. A partner we rely on for all things Salesforce and everything that touches Salesforce.
